BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125-11% more kilometers

The Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Destini 125 scooters were launched in the country compliant with BS6. Both models are somewhat stronger and slightly stronger than their BS4 versions. Indeed, the updated BS6 models are projected to be 11% more fuel-efficient and 10% quicker.

The BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125 drum brake version costs Rs 67,950, but the Disc brake version costs Rs 70,150. Rs 70,650 was offered as the alloy wheel with Disk brake and the Maestro Edge color technology. The BS6 Hero Destini 125, on the other hand, comes in two variants–LX and VX–priced at Rs 64,310 and Rs 66,800 respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.

The updated disk and Prismatic color variant is more expensive compared with BS4 Maestro than Rs 6,080. Rs 7,580 and Rs 8,280 are expensive for drum and disc variants. A price rise of Rs 7410 and Rs 7000 was witnessed in the BS6 Destini LX and VX.

Both scooters are powered by the same 125 cc BS6 compliant programmed’ XSens Technology ‘ fuel injection engine. The claimed power of 9bhp is returned at 7000rpm and 10.4Nm at 5500rpm. In its BS4 shape, the engine drives 8.70bhp at 6750rpm and 10.2Nm at 5000rpm.

The i3S system of the company (Idle-Stop-Start-System) profits from BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125 and BS6 Hero Destini 125. The latter is provided with a new Matt Grey Silver color scheme while the latter is new to Prismatic Violet. The biker also offered new, modified destination signature LED lead lamps.
