Registered reservations have been opened across the world for the Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6 in 2020. Selected distributors approve a nominal amount of Rs 10,000 beforehand. At the end of this month, the revised adventure bike platform would probably hit the showrooms.
The 2020 Royal Enfield Himalayas is backed by three new color schemes and the BS6-compliant engine. As you remember, the BS6 Royal Enfield Himalayan was unveiled at the 2019 EICMA engine show in three different colors-rock purple, blue lake, and gravel black. The new model provides the same paint schemes.
The BS6 Royal Enfield Himalayan will be running on the dual-purpose front tire MRF Meteor with smaller spoken spokes, unlike the BS4 standard of Ceat Gripp XL tires. The updated model provides switchable ABS (anti-lock braking system) and dangerous warning lights in papers.
As described above, the BS6-compliant 411cc, a single-cylinder, the air-cooled engine will drive the Himalayan Royal Enfield 2020. It has a required 24.5bhps strength and a peak torque of 32Nm in its BS4 variant. The BS6 Royal Enfield Himalayan has the same5-speed gearbox for transfer activities.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 2020 will see a price increase of about Rs 90,000 with the BS6 compliant motor, updated coating systems, and minor function improvements. The adventure bike currently comes with a Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom) price tag.
