Images of the 2021 Yamaha R15 Red Color Variant have been leaked, and the vehicle will be released soon.

The 2021 Yamaha R15 V3.0, the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer’s entry-level supersport bike, will shortly get a new Red paint scheme. The new hue model was leaked on the internet before it was released on the market. The new Red colour version is expected to be more costly than the previous colour variants. The bike is currently available in three colour schemes: Thunder Grey, Racing Blue, and Dark Knight (Black), each costing Rs 1.50 lakh, Rs 1.51 lakh, and Rs 1.52 lakh.

The fuel tank, front fairing, and trim below the pillion seat are all finished in a sporty Red colour. The cowl above the LED headlamp, on the other side, is finished in a contrast Grey hue. Aside from the latest Red colour, the Yamaha R15 for 2021 has remained unchanged.

The bike’s power comes from a 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with fuel injection technology. Its engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch. It has a peak power of 18 hp and a torque of 14.1 Nm. Dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system) is included as standard, as are 282mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes. It has a telescopic front fork and a monocross (link unit) rear suspension mechanism.

Radial tubeless tyres on the back wheel, an engine cut-off button, and dual horns are all common throughout the series. LED brake taillight, optical speedometer, tachometer, and fuel gauge, gear location indicator, fuel usage indicator, shift timing display, VVA indicator, and a digital clock are some of the other standout features. The Racing Blue colour scheme is only available with blue wheels.

In Indonesia, Yamaha unveiled the 2021 Yamaha R15 V3 in three different colours earlier this year. Matte Black, Matte Silver, and Metallic Blue are among the colour schemes available. The Metallic paint scheme, which contains Black, Grey, and Blue colours, is identical to that used on the larger R1 and R6 supersport bikes.
