Launched in India, price begins at Rs 9,9 lakh Machindra Marazzo MPV

The introduction of the new MPV (Multimedia Vehicle) is today announced by Mahindra and Mahindra in India. Since MPV is branded as Mahindra Marazzo, it will be available in four versions and a 7-seater variant for pan-India at the starting price of Rs 9.9 Lakh. To make it an 8-seater design, consumers have to pay Rs 5000 extra for the 7-seater model.

Marazzo’s standard edition of Rs 9.99 Lakh is priceled, with Rs 10.95 Lakh, M6 Rs 12.40 Lakh and M8 Rs 13.90 Lakh are price tags. The new MPVs compete directly with Toyota Innova Crysta and Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPVs with high price specifications.

The revolutionary T-shaped center console with trapezed AC coils, believed to be the industry’s first cool technology, is also a fascinating feature of this vehicle. In addition to the cabin, you get a black double tone and a chrome bezel dashboard with air winds and multi-color scheme.

The motor is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, with a maximum energy of 120 Bhp and the peak torque of 300 Nm, according to company reports. The computer has a manual gearbox with 6 speeds. The Marazzos are only available in diesel models. When the BS VI emission standards are implemented, the petrol variant is expected to start early. The ABS with EBD and a brake assist are offered in all models, together with two airbags and an isofix seat for babies.

The top models of the Marazzo are fitted with 17-inch LED DRLs, black-completed alloy wheels and parking sensors. There is a 7.0-inch Android Auto enabled touchscreen for movies. The company says the compliance with the Apple CarPlay program will be released shortly. The machine also has voice recognition, and automated climatic control, cruise control and power folding mirrors are also available to users.
