The Ford EcoSport Titanium S will be modified in the near future

In January of this year, Ford Motor Company unveiled the 2021 EcoSport compact SUV. On the Titanium trim, the new model came standard with a sunroof. In addition, the SUV offered a new SE trim that does not have a spare wheel fixed on the tailgate.

According to a recent media storey, Ford will soon upgrade the Titanium S trim of the EcoSport compact SUV. Few specification updates are planned for the 2021 Ford EcoSport Titanium S trim, including a redesigned front bumper, new LED daytime running lamps, LED taillights, and new alloy wheels. The LED DRLs will be installed under the headlamp assembly.

New features are also planned to be added to the cabin of the EcoSport Titanium S. A new touchscreen infotainment system could be installed in the SUV, which will enable advanced networking features.

There are two engine choices for the Ford EcoSport: a 1.5-liter 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. The former generates 120bhp and 149Nm of torque, while the oil burner generates 99bhp and 215Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission drives the power to the front wheels as usual, with a 6-speed automatic transmission available for the petrol engine.

The petrol and diesel models of the Ford EcoSport SE are rated at Rs 10.49 lakh and Rs 10.99 lakh, respectively. It lacks a rear-mounted spare wheel and comes with a standard tailgate. The EcoSport SE gets a new front grille, a new dual-tone rear bumper with a silver applique, and 16-inch alloy wheels. It also comes with a simple puncture package that allows owners to patch tire damage in minutes without having to remove the tire from its slot. It has Ford’s SYNC 3 infotainment system, which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as Ford PassTM connectivity.
